Imec.istart is an example of an accelerator. Imec.istart is one of Europe’s top university-linked accelerators. Since its launch in Belgium 12 years ago, it has supported over 300 companies that together raised more than €1 billion in follow-on funding. The imec.istart program recently expanded to the Netherlands, where already 25 companies are following the program to scale their (high) tech businesses.

Martijn Sijbers, program manager imec.istart will inform you about the selection, how imec.istart helps to build your business and how they support the entrepreneur through highs and lows with regards to team issues, funding issues or development issues.

He will be joined by a number of Dutch imec.istart selected (high) tech companies who will share their journey. How did they build their business? And what if you fail?
