Digital health in primary care – Enhancing access and reducing inequality
Digital health has been shown to improve access and reduce disparities, particularly in primary care, by enabling personalized, efficient, and scalable solutions to reach underserved populations (1). However, a critical challenge is ensuring that these tools do not unintentionally widen gaps for those without access to technology or digital literacy.
