Adam Galijašević, program manager Human Capital, The Economic Board.
In this role as program manager, Adam is responsible for implementing the Human Capital Agreement (HCA). The focus is on addressing workforce shortages, promoting innovation, and scaling up successful projects within the region.
Previously, Adam worked in the Amsterdam region on labor market issues as a program manager and team leader for the education and labor market sector at the Municipality of Amsterdam. A few successful initiatives that were established or scaled include the Amsterdam Internship Pact, the Green Tech Campus, and the House of Digital.
Angelique Driessens, Sr Business and HR consultant, 3Sense.
Angelique Driessens is an experienced independent Business and HR consultant specializing in family businesses within the SME sector. She focuses on generational leadership and “Roze Verzuim”. Known for her pragmatic approach, Angelique excels at quickly identifying issues and optimizing work processes.
Sarah Detaille, Lecturer and Associate Professor, HAN University of Applied Sciences
Sarah Detaille is an expert in sustainable employability and Associate Professor of Human Capital Innovations at HAN University of Applied Sciences. With a PhD in Medicine and two decades of research experience, she focuses on interventions that support workers in demanding jobs, aging employees, and those with chronic health conditions. Her work bridges science, education, and practice to benefit both individuals and organizations. Dr. Detaille’s mission is to empower sustainable employability for all.

The workshop is facilitated in English. Participation in the workshop is free for everyone, including drinks and bites. However, for no-show and cancellations within 24 hours prior to the event, we will charge a fee of 15 euros (excluding VAT) to cover expenses.
