Welcome! Kickstart your summer with positivity and vitality through our Summer Yoga sessions. Discover the serenity and safety of Yoga Room 1.1 at Sporthal Ark van Oost. Meet Jean Hsu, an experienced yoga instructor from Taiwan, who passionately enriches lives in Nijmegen through yoga.

Session Details:
- Styles: Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Singing Bowl, Breathing & Healing Yoga
- Community: All are welcome! We aim to build an inclusive yoga community.
- Pricing: €10 for higher incomes, €5 for average incomes, free for refugees supported by Stichting Dar al Yasmin.
